Since our opening, on October 4, 2002, our guests have been pleasantly surprised and, indeed, delighted by the quality of Philippe’s meals served in this harmonious setting, the cordial welcome and the professional service offered. The beauty of the landscape, the incredible silence of this space, the inviting decor, the exceptionally comfortable chairs and the sparkling clean dining room all garner praise and return visits from our clients!

Here are the words of appreciation that were selected from notes of appreciation and presented by members of the Agricotours jury at the Awards of Excellence held at Beauport on 25 April 2006.

In this place, you feel welcome. The welcome is warm, courteous, friendly and personalized. Visitors were all unanimous in agreeing that their hosts were professional, friendly, attentive and available. Undeniably, visitors loved to come back to find the simplicity of the hosts, their good humor, their passion for the profession and the quality of their table. This enchanting country-style dining restaurant is characterized by fine traditional French cuisine and by the plate presentation, as well as the exceptional quality of the food, that is nicely commented on products and activities at the farm. Certified as "Table Champêtre"^TM since 2003, this Prize makes it very clear that the passion of their profession has been achieved... A dream of delight and flavors that they offer their guests.

Philippe was honoured with the "People's Special Favourite 2006" Provincial Prize for Excellence, by the members of the Agricotours jury in Beauport on April 26, 2006. By choice of the owners, Le pommier d'Argent is no longer a certified "Table Champêtre" since January 2009. That said, our standards of quality has remained very high both gastronomically and at the service level.

Dear patrons, such are the fruits of our labours!

Thanks to your support, our wildest dreams have come true since the opening of our Table Champêtre in the autumn of 2002: we have received the 2006 Agricotours "People's Special Favourite 2006" Provincial Prize for Excellence. This award was graceously due to the many appreciations forms left behind after your dining pleasure, in 2005. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you for this incredible token of recognition, and to our staff for their commitment and care towards our patrons!!!
